I went to some of the big stores over the last few days - Macys, Bloomingdales etc.. when you get to these stores show them your passport and you're entitled to 11% off everything you buy that day...

Stephen Fry strolled by us on 5th Ave yesterday, the man is a giant!

Walking back to the hotel at rush hour yesterday we saw a cop car pull up and the cop jumped out and ran for the subway while shouting "we've a man down"...so we had to just go and take a look. I still don't really know what happened but there were so many cops there, with dogs that the guy causing the disturbance didn't stand a chance! Within a few seconds, 6 or 7 cops all with guns on their waists let's not forget, had this guy being dragged kicking and screaming while bemused New Yorkers looked on while waiting for the sub home.
